Registration codes will work only for a specific major version.

For example, codes for version 4 or version 5 will not work with version 6. Also, codes for Macintosh will not work with Windows (and vice versa).

Q: How do I know what version my codes are good for?
A: The email or letter we sent you, with your codes, mention what version the codes are for.

Also, the serial number itself can be a guide:
Serial numbers 030112000000 through 041118999999 are for version 3.x or Pick 3/4.
Serial numbers 041119000000 through 051031999999 are for version 4 or LE.
Serial numbers 051101000000 through 061124999999 are for version 5 or SE.
Serial numbers 061125000000 and higher are for version 6.

Q: How do I know what version I want to register?
A: The version can be found on the Splash (starting) window, the About window or on the title bar of the Main window.
