The registration code is based on your name and serial number. Your name and registration code must be entered exactly as we sent them to you.

Here are some tips:

1. Follow capitalization EXACTLY. If we sent your name as "John Doe", DO NOT enter it as "JOHN DOE" or "john doe".
2. DO NOT abbreviate names. If we sent your name as "John Doe", do NOT enter it is "J. Doe".
3. DO NOT enter a variation of your name. If we sent your name as "Jim Doe" DO NOT enter "James Doe".
4. DO NOT add extra spaces before, after or between your names.
5. Your name MUST be entered in the nearest Roman characters. If your name has umlauts or accents, your name MUST be entered with the nearest Roman characters. For example, "Björn" MUST be entered as "Bjorn", "André" MUST be entered as "Andre".
6. The registration code starts with a capital letter (A through Z); the rest of the registration code is made up of both numbers, 0 through 9, and capital letters, A through F.

We have distributed thousands of registration codes. Through the years, a few people have complained that their codes "did not work", but, without exception, it was because they were not entering their name and codes exactly as we sent them.
