Solution

Subscriptions are based on the serial number of Lotto Sorcerer. If your serial number changes (by reinstalling the program, upgrading to a newer version, etc.), your subscription will no longer be "tied" to your installation of Lotto Sorcerer.

To rectify this, we will need to know:

1. Your current serial number

   - - OR - -

1. Your previous serial number
2. Your current serial number

Please email us at support@satoripublishing.com with the information so that we can update your record with your current serial number.
