Satori Publishing Refund Policy

All Satori Publishing software is released as "trialware", which means that you get to "try it before you buy it". You can freely download and try the software. If you like it, you can purchase a license ("register") the software. If you do not like it, simply uninstall (remove) it from your computer.

We believe that this is a "win-win" for everyone. You will not be disappointed by the product, since you were able to try it before buying it. You will know whether or not it will work on your particular computer, operating system, printer, and so on.

We believe this trialware concept is far superior to so-called "traditional" software marketing. For example, if you purchase software at Wal-Mart, and find that you are disappointed in the software package, you will find that, if you attempt to return it, you cannot get a refund. You can only exchange the item for the same software package.

Since the consumer has full and ample opportunity to try our software before purchasing, our refund policy for our software is: we will give no refunds, for any reason. Nor do we offer any "Money Back Guarantees". And, as stated in the End User License Agreement, there is no warranty on this software.

Furthermore, we require your agreement with the compliance with the End User License Agreement before our products are installed, and, again, before you can purchase our product. The End User License Agreement clearly states that "no refunds will be given after purchase of the Software".
