Solution

Subscriptions are based on the serial number of Lotto Sorcerer's Apprentice. If your serial number changes (by reinstalling the program, upgrading to a newer version, etc.), your subscription will no longer be "tied" to your installation of Lotto Sorcerer's Apprentice.

To rectify this, we will need to know:

1. Your PayPal subscription number* for your subscription
2. Your current serial number

1. Your previous serial number
2. Your current serial number

*To get your PayPal transaction number for your subscription, just:

1. Log on to your PayPal account
2. Click on PayPal's "History" tab
3. Find the Subscription Creation record, then click on the "Details" hyperlink
4. The Subscription number will be near the top of the window.

Please email us at support@satoripublishing.com with the information so that we can update your record with your current serial number.
