"MacBinary or BinHex... which format should I choose?"

When downloading files you may wish first to try downloading the MacBinary format. If you find that the file is corrupted, then try downloading the Binhex format. Stuffit Expander, which is included on all Macs, decodes both Binhex and MacBinary files.
