Q: RB Source Code Printer won't let me select my
REALbasic project!
A: You are probably trying to select the project itself, instead
of the source code exported from REALbasic. See the Quick Tutorial for step-by-step instructions
on how to do this.
Q: Can I select more than one source file at a time?
A: Just select the multiple source files and "drag-and-drop"
them on RB Source Code Printer's icon.
Q: What is the largest project I can print with RB Source
Code Printer?
A: Your project can have a maximum total of 128 forms, windows,
or classes; 2,048 subs and functions; and 4 billion lines of code.
Q: What type of support do I get with the purchase of your
program?
A: RB Source Code Printer was discontinued after REALbasic 4 came out. No support comes with the program.
Q: I want to run RB Source Code Printer in both Mac
OS 9 and Mac OS X. Do I need to buy two registrations?
A: No, the same registration code works with both the OS 8.x+
and the OS X versions. Just download both versions, purchase one
registration code, and enter the same code into both versions. This assumes that you are running these programs on the same computer. If not, you will have to purchase separate licenses for each machine.
Q: I want to run RB Source Code Printer in both Macintosh and Windows. Do I need to buy two registrations?
A: Yes. The registration codes will not work in both versions.
Q: I don't want to pay in US dollars. I want to pay in Euros or British pounds.
A: No problem, you'll be given that option when you go through the online payment process.
Q: Are site licenses available?
A: The price is a firm US$16.95 per copy of RB Source Code
Printer. We think that this is a reasonable price (less than a medium pizza!), and site licenses
(discounts for multiple copies) are unnecessary.
