Satori Publishing Refund Policy

All Satori Publishing software is released as "shareware", which means that you get to "try it before you buy it". You can freely download and try the software. If you like it, you can purchase ("register") the software. If you do not like it, simply uninstall (remove) it from your computer.

The differences between the unregistered version and the full registered version vary according to the individual software program. Some programs are either time limited or use limited (for example, our popular Lotto Sorcerer is limited to 12 uses, and importing/exporting is limited to 50 records). Some programs have features disabled (for example, Cybernetic Dietician does not show all nutrients in the unregistered version). Others have features that encourage registration (for example, Lotto Scribe prints "DEMO" on each ticket). Other programs, such as GazetDex, have a full-working limited subset of the database. Yet these limitations will not hinder your evaluation of the product.

We believe that this is a "win" for everyone. You will not be disappointed by the product, since you were able to try it before buying it. You will know whether or not it will work on your particular computer, operating system, printer, etc.

We believe this shareware concept is far superior to so-called "traditional" software marketing. For example, if you purchase software at Wal-Mart, and find that you are disappointed in the software package, you will find that, if you attempt to return it, you cannot get a refund. You can only exchange the item for the same software package.

Since the consumer has full and ample opportunity to try our software before purchasing, our refund policy for our software is: we will give no refunds, for any reason. This policy helps keep our prices down.
