This tutorial shows how to import a lottery dataset received from US Datamines.
Step One of Two: Save the file you received in the email from Satori Publishing Sales
This image (and the two that follow) are screenshots from "Eudora", the email client. If you use a different email client, the process will be a little different.
In this example, we just right-click on the attachment "Viking Lotto.txt" and choose "Save As..." Make a note as to where you saved the file.
Step Two of Two: Use Lotto Sorcerer's Import Delimited Text File function.
Use Lotto Sorcerer's menu item "Lottery Data > Import Lottery Data > Delimited Text File".
The Import Delimited Text File window opens...
If you chose the default settings when you ordered this dataset, just leave the settings in the window "as is" (otherwise, you will need to change the file settings to match what you ordered). Select the file you saved in Step One...
