Lotto Sorcerer Proof-of-Concept (POC)

This program, Lotto Sorcerer Proof-of-Concept is a free "game" which uses an extremely simplified version* of the same algorithm as is used in Lotto Sorcerer. In this way, the program demonstrates the power of Lotto Sorcerer.

*This program uses a neural depth of four. Lotto Sorcerer uses a maximum neural depth of eight (or, for registered users, 32).

How to Play

Play by clicking the two buttons in the "Play" tab in random order. This program will attempt to predict which button you will click next.

IMPORTANT! The left side of the "Play" tab shows the predictions. It is imperative that you hide this portion of the window while playing; otherwise, viewing the predictions will certainly affect your play, skewing the results. You can hide the left side with your hand or by moving the window partially off of the left side of the screen.

The predictions are visible to prove to you that this program is not cheating by making predictions "after the fact".

How it Works

This program works under the assumption that, although you may be trying your best to click the buttons in random order, a person's behavior is not truly random: there are patterns in your actions of which you are unaware.

Similarly, although lottery officials try to make lottery drawings random, there may be non-random influences at work (weight of the ink on the lottery balls, thickness of the plastic of the balls, etc.).

Lotto Sorcerer finds these non-random and weighted influences.
